What’s your return policy?
- We evaluate the acceptance of returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, so if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@artworkbylili.com

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns under any circumstances for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
- At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@artworkbylili.com within 7 calendar days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue arefund!
- We don't accept cancellations but please contact us via info@artworkbylili.com if you have any problems with your order.
If a return is approved, who pays for the shipping costs?
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
