Q: Are the prints (and print sets) sold with or without frames?

All prints are sold as loose prints and are therefore unframed.

Q: Do the prints (and print sets) which are sold online include a white border?

Yes, all prints include a white border (approx 1/4 inch) to make it easier for framing (mat & frame) however if a customer wishes to exclude the white border, a direct request can be made by sending an email to info [at] artworkbylili [dot] com.

Q: What materials are used in the production of prints (and print sets)?

All prints (and print sets) are generated using the finest pigment-based inks and archival papers which together ensure the longevity of the artwork, provided it is stored and displayed under proper lighting and humidity conditions by buyers.

Q: Do the physical prints received by customers appear exactly as they do online?

A great deal of effort goes into the production of each print ordered by our valued customers to ensure their 100% complete satisfaction.

That said, please consider the following:

CROP & PHOTO MANIPULATION: Depending on the print size, certain image elements such as crop may be minutely adjusted in an effort to maximize the overall quality and appearance of the image.

PLEASE NOTE: While every effort has been made in order to represent the true colors of each print, slight variations in color due to differences in monitors should be expected. That said, you're guaranteed to love the print(s) you receive.

Q: What is the average processing time for print orders?

Processing time can vary depending on the size of the order (quantity) as well as the dimensions of items in a particular order.

Larger prints (16x20 and greater) are processed by trusted and vetted professional art printing labs which operated according to their own independent timetables.

That said, most print orders are fulfilled within 1- 3 business days of receipt of the order.

Q: Do you charge for shipping (prints)?

No. Orders for prints and print sets which are to be shipped within the United States are shipped free of charge. All orders will include a tracking number so that the customer can be aware of the status of the package while it's in transit.

*Please Note: Custom orders which require framing or other considerations may include a shipping charge but in all cases, we will do so based on the most fair, reliable and economical means possible.

Q: Do you ship to any other countries besides the US?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally due to the number of regulatory requirements imposed by foreign jurisdictions in addition to other factors (tax/tariff accounts, customs, shipping delays, etc.) inherent to shipping items to EU, Canada and elsewhere in the world.
