Paris Luxor Obelisk Print, Place de la Concorde Architecture Photography, Home & Office Wall Art Decor
This minimalist composition is a depiction of thousands of years of human history. Pictured is one of the Luxor obelisks (from Egypt) which is now located in Place de la Concorde, the most historic square in all of France. The obelisk stands 22.5 meters tall and its solid red granite body is carved with hieroglyphics from top to bottom (on all sides). The tip is constructed of gold-plated steel.
On the day this photograph was captured, the hazy skies were slowly giving way to the sun breaking through the clouds which made it possible to get a clear shot of the top portion of the structure with such clarity.
This print would look great in any interior space in the home and it would look particularly stunning on an accent wall in a study or an office space.
As far as framing tips are concerned, this is a versatile print which would look great in a simple frame as much as it would in an ornate frame. The styled photos serve as a visual guide to assist you with the selection of framing options: sleek and modern frames without a mat (for a poster-like effect), simple frames with a mat or ornate frames with a mat (to give the appearance of an important piece of artwork, especially at larger print sizes).
